We are sure you will be delighted with the quality of the items you order and we endeavor to describe all items as accurately as possible through our product photos and descriptions. However, if you're not happy with the item you receive, please our Customer Support team via email address nethouseglobal@gmail.com to start a request.

When sending us an email  with your order number in the subject line and attach in your mail your shipping label, or QR Code. For additional info on our return, exchange policies read below!

  1. RETURN POLICY

- In case you received products which meet one of the following conditions, please contact us via nethouseglobal@gmail.com to report your issues:

  • Design errors/wrong order: Completely incorrect design compared to information provided by customers on our site.
  • Bad quality: blurry image/print.
  • The package is lost /damaged during shipments.
  • Order was sent to the wrong address.
  • You could request a refund or a replacement within 02 business days of receiving your order.

- We would recommend you to provide us :  transaction ID, order ID, invoice ID, or the shipping label which can help us check your order and solve your problem quickly.

- Please choose your items carefully as return postage is at the buyer's expense for change of mind. Returned items must be in unused, saleable condition, brand new, in the original packaging with all tags attached. Please ship in protective packaging as goods damaged in return shipping will not be refunded.

- We also require you to send visual evidence of your products (photos, videos) to expedite the process. Once we receive your email and photograph we will contact you as soon as possible to advise how we will resolve the issue. We may request to collect the faulty Goods from the delivery address, in which case we will seek a convenient date on which to arrange this via courier.

- Our policy will in effect for 48 hours since your package has been reached to you. After 48 hours, the order will be considered to be accepted by the client and no replacement, exchange, or refund will be possible.

- In case of requests to order refund/ return or reship, we have the right to accept or reject requests if it doesn't have a proper reason. Please notice, we will not take responsibility for any faulty which do not belong to us. In other words, no refunds will be paid if the items are not in their original condition, missing parts or damaged for reasons not due to our error.

- After you place an order and complete your personal information out on our system, please recheck it, especially your address. Because we do not offer replacements, refunds, or credits for invalid address entry.

The package was returned to the sender because an invalid address was provided.

- If you recognize you put the wrong/ incomplete address, kindly send us an email with new address within 24 hours since you make a purchase.

- We will not be responsible for or process a free exchange/full refund for orders that are wrong or missing an address.

- If you want to resend your order, you must place a new order.

- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

+ Please note: that we will only refund the purchase price, not the shipping cost.

  1. EXCHANGES POLICY

The item received is incorrect or defective.

-We only exchange items if they are damaged /faulty or if you received the wrong product, quality problems (such as blurry printing, faded printing, etc.) or your product was damaged in transit, we will of course replace it without question, please send us an email with proof attached at email: nethouseglobal@gmail.com

The order arrived with one or more items missing.

If an order arrives with a missing item, we will gladly ship out the missing piece. Please note that detailed photos are required for quality control purposes.

-We do not offer exchanges/returns for size unless it is our fault for sending the wrong-size items. For other reasons like sewing or printing problems, we will take care of them all for you. Please contact us first and we will guide you through the steps. Please do not send your purchase back to our address unless we authorize you to do so.

In addition, the time it may take for your exchanged will depending on where you live, product to reach you.
